I bought a LG Washing Machine Model No: WF-N7131FN through Lg deaer in bangalore on New year. My shop keeper launch informed to the customer care for giving demnostration about the new machine on the next day itself. But till they have not come for demo. LG Engineer has come on 14/11/2007 to attend the complaint and we have shown the bill and enginee has confirmed that some part need to be replace and he will bring the same after 2 days but no one has turnedup as on today .
After my followup with same complaint no with LG call center and they have confirm that complaint has been cancelled.
