I have a LG refrigerator 408 L and it has been completely ruined by LG technicians. it was bought on 18th April 2022 and in just over a year it stopped working, the first complaint I raised was in 15th July 2023, complaint id :[protected]
Almost 5 technicians have visited my place and did too many so called repair and now its has been two months and the fridge is just a big box for me which does not even work. They have refilled gas many times and despite me telling them to change the compressor, they are not doing it. now their support team and giving me false promises that their technician will visit the place and everyday they close the ticket without even contacting me. As a customer it has put a toll on me and my family mental health that even after paying 40 Thousands for this fridge I have to go through issues like this. I am sick and tired of this request a refund from LG for this pathetic refrigerator. No one form LG is helping us and we are stuck with their bad service and bad product. the issue is no cooling, neither the freezer, nor the lower compartment.
Their support partner is On site go and they are equally responsible for my misery. their tech is incompetent, rude, abusive, illiterate and downright obnoxious. I don't know if they have gone through any training or just local techs pretending to be expert.
at this point, we want refund from LG. there is no going back to the repair as they cant even repair their own product.
