Livpure — Water leakage in livpure water purifier and worst customer service

I ordered a livpure linea model from flipkart after the installation on the same day the water started to leak ( overflow ) from water purifier and whole machine was fully wet.. I complained about this to liv pure multiple times .. But no response from customer support. It has 7 days replacement warranty .. But they are not replacing and request was completely ignored.I thought Livpure was a good brand so I ordered this . but I didn't expect this kind of response from them.feels like cheated by livpure.
