With reference to your job id no. [protected] I would like to inform you that I have made several time complaint regarding the AC part PCB of indoor which is out of order as per the engineer visit.
I had made my first complain on 26th of last month and today is 5th of may, yet no action has been taken and with regular complain on customer care no I m getting reply from your side that it l be done by 24 to 48 hours. But the fact is not shared with me why it is getting delayed.
Is this the service the company is proving to the customer. So I request you to please share the status of complain and by when it l be resolved. Assigned people are telling me yet the part is not dispatched and so it is not trackable. So I want the reply as soon as possible.
Do revert as soon as possible.
