On 1st Aug.'21, I had booked a flat in Lodha Palava by paying 2.8 Lacs. The promised area was 609 sq.ft RERA Carpet Area with 100 sq. ft of Garden. The rate was finalized 56L all inclusive ( Stamp duty, Regdn & Maintenance for 4 Yrs ). Basis on this booking, they allocated me in CASA CLARA "L" block ( Cost Sheet signed by Mr Ratnesh Tripale - [protected] ). When i visited the said flat, they shown me the outside of flat & said that their policy is not to show before possession. That time i saw the garden area is only 50 sq ft against the promised 100 sq ft. After that I asked them to measure the internal area as per RERA it should matched to 609 sq.ft. They denied to do & suggested for another flat in URBANO - "J" block. with 87 sq ft of garden area. I visited thrice & they didn't show me the flat. I highlighted all these details to the seniors ( Mr. Sunil Shelke ) of the said sales team, he accepted & apologized on behalf of his sales team. Then he suggested two option for this either I have to pay more ( approx 3 Lacs extra over & above negotiated amount) or I have to cancel the deal. Since am not able to pay more, then I preferred to cancel the deal & immediately asked them to refund through mail on 3rd Sept.'21. After that, have done several follow ups, but still the refund processing is pending, even they are not responding to my mails.

I will definitely be approaching a lawyer and reporting this to the consumer court .
