Lodha Group — View from the Deck completely blocked : We have been cheated

Hello,
We had booked 3bhk with deck in Lodha's Upper Thane project in 2019 . All the payments have been made now . At the time of booking we were promised Wing D building will have unobstructed view from outside the deck even in future . Their sales person Ms Monali and her manager Mr. Hemant both had confirmed this . That was the only reason we booked an apartment with Deck . All throughout the payment terms we were not allowed to visit the site. Last month when we visited site office, noticed many people seemingly potential buyers, were allowed to visit the site . We too went with them and were shocked to notice, our D wing deck is fully blocked with building erected just in front !!! We have invested our hard money to buy this dream house . And now all our dreams are shattered . We had great trust in Lodha brand which is all broken now . Have logged complaint with their customer service but its of no use . Lodha is not bothered now after receiving all our money .
