Brought TV from Lot Mobiles on 25 Feb 2022 for Rs 13499 with 2 years warranty on the product and TV stopped working after 3 months. We have approached Lot mobiles for repair/service as per the warranty period but Lot mobiles is refusing to provide the service. Request consumer helpline to help us to resolve the issue as Lot mobiles representatives are not helpful to resolve the issue. Updated by Jangireddy Lot mobiles is insisting on closing the ticket but the issue is not yet resolved. We got a call from lot mobiles to close the ticket to proceed for the TV repair. Can we please know of this acceptable from service provider.
