NO Star for them.- VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
I ordered LW203682for mothers day on Sunday may 8th 2016 and till right now Wednesday May 11th the order has not reached.
I think the way they operate is to try to cheat as much as possible.
Its between two guys Ramesh and Rakesh, they keep saying the order will reach in few hours for the past 3 days. I called 10 minutes before writing this and they said it will reach in few hours. The time in INdia is already 5 pm and they dont want to commit saying a time.
They have been doing this for the last 3 days.
Since i paid i am trying hard to make sure my order reaches.
PLEASE DONT ORDER THROUGH THEM as they dont have a responsible person. Their office is in Delhi.
Man these guys are good in lying... everytime they say SIr, i promise it will reach by 10:30, reach by 1 pm, reach during the day... I even have email proof and chat proof.
DO NOT BUY or ORDER, Specially if you are NRI, very difficult to talk to them on phone is always busy. Was this information helpful? |
