Lovenwishes — Rakhi on rakshabandhan

I had ordered for Rakhi from site mentioned below for rakshabandhan to Bhopal. http://www.lovenwishes.com/rakhi-gifts-to-bhopal.htm Before submitting my order i had confirmed twice to live customer support for the rakhi material as promised in product description it would be of silver material so I paid 730 rs for 2 silver rakhi. But inspite of sending 2 silver rakhi they hav sent plain 10 rs rakhi :( and now they are not listening to me and and not even lodging any complaint. I know amount is not much but it is hard earned money and I feel like cheated and can not do anything to them. They dont even talk properly.Please help. Atleast I dont want them to cheat any other person after me. Please find images one which I ordered silver rakhi and another what they deliver. Please help me in getting my money back or they can send silver rakhi.
