This complaint in reference of S.R No.[protected]. I want to said that the pharmacy staff is very irresponsible regarding there duty in actual manner. They not look over the matter of poor free patients. Whenever we gave them indent book for required medicine they always write dowm N/A on the indent book. Sometimes it would be happend that medicines are not available in there stock but every time it wouldn't be possible. PGIMER provide this pharmacy service for poor free and other required pateints but in actual they are still serviving for the medicines.
