Order no [protected] placed. It was cash on delivery. Rs 1499. Consignment rec'd. The saree colour showed as violet in photo was navy blue when received. Hence returned it by speed post at my own cost as per seller instructions. I got credit of 1499 under my wallet when they received the saree back. I ordered another saree for same amount. Order no.[protected] using the wallet credit. I got order confirmation sms. After half an hour of order confirmation another sms that my order is put on hold without any reason. Today order got cancelled. Tge credit also in my wallet is zero. What happened to my amount. When i raised ticket explaining above it was closed without attending or talking to me.
