Visited Maansarovar Honda, Porur branch on Dec 14th, 2019 and booked "Red Amaze VX CVT Petrol". Paid initial booking fee of Rs.11, 000 for the same (Receipt No: 24027) on Dec 14th, 2019. I was told that the car will be brought from the factory in 8-9 days.
Today (Dec 23, 2019), I am informed that the Red colour Amaze has got damaged during transit and cannot be delivered. As an alternative, white and other colours are suggested which we don't prefer.
This is highly unacceptable as this is the second time I'm informed that Red cannot be delivered. The first time, after booking, I was told a customer has already booked and the system was not updated. After further followups they agreed to deliver Red, (which can be seen from the Invoice number above) and this time I am told it's damaged.
This is our first car and we trusted Honda for the brand and assistance. We are running into bad experiences over and over by the showroom, while we want this to be a good experience and causing us to lose the trust on the Honda brand.
