Sir, i have ordered ;brilinta 60 mg tablets from canada after duly submitting all the necessary documents. The canada stores has sent through ups (1z7253rv[protected]) addressed to hyderabad and my clearing port is rgi airport, hyderabad telengana state, india. But unfortunately, the consignment is held ;at mumbai.
Further the medicine is permitted for import ;and life saving drug. No customs nor excise duties are applicable. I am unable to understand why my package is witheld at mumbai warehouse, when it is addressed to hyderabad as destination where there is necessary infracture for clearing.
Even if it is held up, we should be informed about it and in turn we will comply the objections if any. Kindly do the needful at the earliest, as i am suffering a lot and i also spent considerable amount ;to import the same and further i am in urgent need ;of medicines.
