Maggi — Off noodles

Cooked a packet of maggi 2 minute chicken noodles tonight for dinner. Took one bite and noticed they tasted funny. Looked down and it appears my noodles are off! Packet says they're in date until jan 2016 but from what I could see it looked like it was off for months. Not very happy, and a little skeptical about eating maggi noodles in the future which is disappointing considering I am a loyal noodle eater (easily eat a packet a day). Would like to know what action will be taken as I could've easily given the noodles to my nephews had they not decided they wanted something else for dinner.
