consumer name : Mrs Dipti Suneet Kopra, staying at Kolshet Road, Thane west, MH State.
in the month starting from Dec21 / Jan-22 onwards, the gas consumption unit was high due to gas leakage, which was rectified on 13th Feb 2022 after raising an official complaint against docket # 6181316 and repeated follow-ups done with MGL over phone and emails.
Due to this gas leakage, my MGL meter unit reading was high in the previous bills raised by MGL and MGL billing decided to add Rs 2000 as security deposit due to high usage.
Kindly see below the video snippet as evidence of the gas leakage which was clicked by MGL support engineer who came to resolve the gas leakage issue on 13th Feb 2022.
The actual bill consumption units of the last 4 billing cycles ( 8 months) has been shared by me in the below email and table herewith which is normal usage and not high as considered by MGL.
as my usage is normal as per Indian residence family of 4 persons, i have been requesting MGL support team to waive Rs 2000 additional security deposit and also late payment charges as my complaint has not been resolved since last 4 + billing cycles i.e. 8 months, but they are not willing to understand & resolve the issue from 8 months.
hence i would request you to interfere here and get Rs 2000 + late penalty charges waive off and raise the bill as per actual usage of 556.
