The gas consumption unit was high due to gas leakage which was rectified on 13th Feb 2022 after raising an official complaint against docket # 6181316.
Kindly see below the video snippet as evidence of the gas leakage which was clicked by MGL support engineer who came to resolve the gas leakage issue on 13th Feb 2022.
The actual bill consumption units of the last 4 billing cycles has been shared by me in the below email and table herewith.
as my usage is normal as per Indian residence family of 4 persons, i have been requesting MGL support team to waive Rs 2000 additional security deposit and also late payment charges as my complaint has not been resolved since last 4 + billing cycles i.e. 8 months, but they are not willing to understand & resolve the issue from 8 months.
hence i would request you to interfere here and get Rs 2000 + late penalty charges waive off and riase the bill as per actual usage of 556.
