Below are my MNGL details.

I shared this information with MNGL customer support for more than 6 times with Photos attached but they still send bill of Rs 5282
which is not true as nobody stays at that place and reading is also 00000012.
I called the MNGL support desk for more than 10 times and always i get answer the bill will get revise...

Mngls service is pathetic. I have applied more than 3 motnhs now but they still not given the connection. Every time I call them they say the BP number is not generated and ask details and says it will get generated in 3-4 days but we never get any status update for it....

It’s been more than 3/4 months now and I haven’t received any bill. Contacted customer care many times and have also submitted snapshot of meter reading but till date no response. BP no 50094819...

Hi Team,

My name is Eknath Padekar having MNGL gas connection (B P number :[protected]

Since I was out for almost 6 months(March 2020 to Oct 2020) I have requested MNGL to send me correct bill once I returned.
I have done almost 6-7 calls to customer care and sent mail with Evidence of meter reading but even after 2 months there is no response and also new bill is generated with pro-data basis reading...

Since May. 2020, we are not using gas . Still the bill is generating . Please help me . I have cleared all pending bill already .PFA.

I got BP number[protected] almost 70 days back the installation person was assigned on 28th of November 2020 and still My meter is not install and connection is not provided to me. I registered several complaints but no action taken from MNGL, pune side. No one is bother to close complaints and provide good service. Kindly check and take the action...

I have received bill for 10500 and my meter reading is 113 units.
My house is vacant for last one year and not using the gas .kindly reverse the and suspend the connection. Please let me know on my mobile no [protected] or email: [protected]@hotmail.com.

Called Multiple times to MNGL customer care then said i am registering a complaint and you will get Mail by tomorrow and after that no updates.
so such thing happened multiple times and no positive response from MNGL services yet.
With such delay and no response in service creates a repo down for MNGL what we are thinking - please respond and acknowledge over...

For BP no. 50239735, I had paid an amount of Rs 6000/- vide my cheque dt 31/12/2019 drawn on SBI, Undri Br, Pune. The amount was paid to MNGL on 06/3/2020. However in the gas bill sent to me the said amount of Rs 6000/- has not been adjusted. I have sent many emails to customer Care, but they have not bothered to confirm receipt of the payment nor adjusted in the gas bill. How can I pay the amount again. My last mail was dated 14 oct 2020,...

Rest of the flats in society are connected since more than 2 years. We have filled up application & also paid INR 6550

Despite many follows no action since more than a year...

I am being charged for a wrong bill every month and the arrears which i have already cleared but still the bill shows arrears.
Tried to contact customer care nobody picks up the phone
Went to customer care office it is closed in the name of covid
Hopeless service...

I have two meters of MNGL one is working condition and one is not in working condition. While assembling technician person didi not handover any documents, because of the same we are unable to recognise exact BP number of meter. [protected] & [protected] are the BP numbers assigned under the name of Anant Ramchandra Watve. Service providers and Call center people are not giving proper instructions to what to do to get the bill for working meter.br...

I have mailed MNGL(19 October, 27 October, 4 november) multiple times for closing of my connection. Also called multiple time to confirm. But there has been no response whatsover. Moreover they have even forwarded a new bill. (Though i have already made an advanced mail).

Kindly address the same providing refund and closing the connection.

Hi MNGL,

I booked my new MNGL connection during Jan 20, with offer of 500 rs free gas and each bill will have extra 500 rs for connection for 10 months.

Connection is done in month of Oct20 and now I got bill of 5985... this is unacceptable.

Respected sir/madam,
I got the bill and the total was Rs 3556.48 for the month of July and August.
So I request you to check the meter once again and send the revised bill as soon as possible.

Hi,

After following up for the last one year, I have received the bill from MNGL costing me Rs. 3, 924 from 18.06.2019 to 30.07.2020.

There are arrears of Rs. 2, 965 mentioned in the bill which seems to be a big mistake as I had activated the gas connection in January 2019 It is very unlikely that the total bill from January 2019 to May 2019 will be Rs. 2, 965.

Even the people staying in the flat...

I have applied for New connection. My application No is 009422.
Even after several mails and customer care calls. I still awaiting for the BP number....
