I have been pursuing disconnection gas line for many years with MGNL. (MNGL B.P. No.[protected] The disconnection form along with cancelled cheques have been sent multiple times via email. Moreover, the house has been sold and no longer in my possession, which also had been communicated to MGNL multiple times.
The customer services department has been of no use and do not seem to have the ability to resolve issues. They are only able to send a standard response stating the following sentence every time -- "your concern regarding disconnection has been forwarded to the respective team".
Despite my multiple requests to disconnect, they also continue to send an outstanding bill. These amounts have been cleared from my end minus the security deposit, which I do not need to pay as i am disconnecting.
It has been frustrating experience dealing with the customer care organization. Help to resolve and get my gas line disconnected will be much appreciated. Was this information helpful? |
