Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Money deducted but ticket not booked and money not refunded

I have booked ticket from my MSRTC account on 19th May 2023 at 10:11 Am from Pune ( Vallabhnagar to Selu) for travel on 22 May 2023. At time of booking Rs. 1440 deducted from the SBI account ending 4248 which made through Gpay with UPI ID[protected]. After money deducted neither ticket booked nor money refunded. Kindly help in money refund.
