We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to our discussion please be informed that we will refund INR. 3290/- in the bank account.
We will be providing FTV for the amount of INR. 6580/- as discussed for the remaining amount’s compensation.
Please find the below FTV details and share your go ahead please so that we can go ahead and process the voucher.
GUIDELINES FOR REDEMPTION OF THE VOUCHER: Domestic Hotels Online :
• Voucher amount is 6580/- INR
• Customer can use only one voucher in single booking.
• The voucher shall be valid for 1 year from the date of acceptance of the offer.
• The voucher can be redeemed against any domestic hotel booking / domestic flight booking with MakeMyTrip (MMT).
• Please note the said voucher shall be valid on online booking only.
• Please note it cannot be clubbed with any other voucher or offer of MakeMyTrip for a single booking.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and has to be redeemed against bookings.
• The voucher shall not be valid for partial redemption.
• MMT service charge, if any, is to be borne by the customer.
• The voucher can be used only once i.e. if booking gets cancelled then you cannot claim the voucher or voucher amount back.
• No claim arising from loss or misuse of voucher shall be maintainable against MMT.
