[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — no option to update an email id/ remove my account | |
Make my trip doesn’t provide an option to update an email id of an account. They would ask us to raise a request to update an email id but if we raise a request they would come up with the same answer saying that they don’t have an option to update email of the account. Even they provide an option to delete an account unlike other travel apps.. Which is quite irritating. They don’t provide a customer care number.. We have to wait for their representatives to reply on emails.. No proper customer service.. Its a worst service by make my trip. Was this information helpful? | |

My registered mobile number with MMT is now deactivated. I need to update my number on the website. However, there is no option to update it. I am unable to take any action. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Even they dont give option to delete an account which is ridiculous..
Customer care number is not provided to resolve such issues and we have to wait for their representatives to reply on emails..

I guess this issue remains unresolved and MMT's reply above shows they are not going to address it.
