I have subscribed Magic pot book for 3 years from 1st January 2016 onward. For the past 1 month we have not received Magic pot book. Called many times to concern department, they issued two weeks book and always telling they have dispatched the book, requested for courier tracking number. But they are not giving it. Very worst response from magic pot division.

I have also subscribed for Akkad Bakkad 1 year subscription and Magic Pot 6 months subscription. My Order ID: 1877733.
I have not received even a single book for both subscriptions. I have already follow up with them through phone and Email. But no response has been received from their side.
Books are very good and my lil one eagerly waiting for them but it is of no use.
