Marg Compusoft — bill errors

I have marg erp in my outlet which was running fine until recently i had been asked by my provider to update it and the license. After that every single day we are getting problems in our software i.e. bill getting deleted automatically, software crashing and closing leading to loss of the data, bills duplicacy . I am told by my provider that marg only supports windows 7 as an operating system and i have to install it on my pc is it true because we have windows 10 and it was working fine until we had that recent update.
We are really clueless of what is the problem and need help from someone who is an expert and knows the software in and out on urgent basis
