Its really sad and frustrating to inform you about your product ...which i have purchased from Infinity 2 goregaon mall store few months back and hardly wore it also ...and its tearin a part and looking like a peace of dusting cloth. i am very old customer and member of M&S and first time i have seen this kind of poor quality and disappointed by your product ...
I have submitted 3 shirts already to the store manager Mr Mohit Chauwdhary and explained all the problems ( fading of colors in patches, thinning and wear out of garment)
please refund my money with explanation from your senior management otherwise i will take this case to consumer court and public forum.
