I, Gautam Saxena having Maruti Wagon R, UP32 FE 4017, which has been damaged in an accident on dt. 09.07.2016. I have handover damaged vehicle to M/s Anand Motors Chinhat Lucknow for repairing of damaged vehicle on dt. 10.07.2016. After 2.5 months, Manager Anand Motors has call me that your vehicle has been fully repaired and ready to deliver. We have to inform you that my vehicle was Insured from New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Lucknow under cashless so I have paid difference amount Rs.70722/= in cash on dt 29.09.2016 and told him that I will takeup the vehicle at evening, when I reached at your Service centre at evening then your manager ask me that Power Stayering is not working properly, vehicle will be delivered after 1 week, various telephonic request your service center has deliver my vehicle on dt. 09.10.2016 at evening.
When I was going to our home from Anand Motors Chinhat Lucknow (30 KM from chinhat) that time I have noticed that parking Light and dipper is not working, again I went to Anand Motors on dt. 10.10.2016 for such repairing, after completion the work I went to home, next day I have noticed that-
1. Enterior of Vehicle was very dirty (Photo attached)
2. Seat belt is very dirty (Photo attached)
3. Floor Mat was not fixed properly (Photo attached)
4. Charger Pin was Missing (Photo attached)
5. Roof Mat was not fitted properly (Photo attached)
6. Stationery tape fixed on side beading which is looking very bad. I talked with Decorator who has advised me that double side thin tape available in the market for fixing in side beading then why Stationery tape fixed on side beading ? (Photo attached)
7. Rear Mirror was very loose (Photo attached)
8. Third Gear is not working properly
9. Clip was fixed on door beading, has been misplaced (Photo attached)
10. various clips are mixing
11. FM antenna has been replaced with damaged antenna (Photo attached)
12. Paint job is also not satisfactory its looks like done by road side venders.(Photo attached)
13. There is one clip which missing and used to hang small materials just in front left seat below dashboard (Photo attached).
14. Seat cover is also very dirty (Photo attached)
I am very disappointed and request you to kindly take up the matter on top priority
