Maruti Suzuki India — Non-functional Suzuki Connect App despite paying subscription

I have Accessories Suzuki Connect App installed in my car Maruti Baleno – Delta since 2019 (from the time I purchased). It was fitted by Maruti itself while purchasing. We bought a 3 year subscription and once again renewed for 3 years in April 2022. At the end of October, we got notification that the Accessories Suzuki Connect App was being merged into Suzuki Connect App (one single app) w.e.f from 31-Oct 2022. Since the day of the notification (around 27th October), the app stopped getting updated for trips, kms, fuel mileage and car tracking. We contacted customer care and they promised resolution in 2 days once the new app is merged.

After 31st October, we installed and activated new app, but the trip data did not get updated. I raised multiple complaints to the customer care for updating the data, but every time I was promised resolution within 2 days, but the complaint used to get closed without any resolution. I sent out emails with screenshot to the service email [protected]@maruti.co.in but never received any response. I followed up with customer care and atleast 4 times I explained them the entire case (for 20 minutes) and they disconnected the line after hearing our problem and without raising a new complain number. We raised our concern on social media (Twitter) and on 26th November 2022, their social media team contacted us to know our concern. They apologised and promised action in 2 working days and created a new complain no NX[protected].

Its been months that any action has been taken and neither I am getting any support from call centre helpline numbers. I have paid for the utilities of app but the data hasn’t been updated since last 47 days (as I write).

Kindly help and advise.
