Maxlife customer service collapse they are only call for new policy not for existing customer . I called and logged a ticket for disable auto-debit as my policy got yet to renewal. A maxlife called me back and said we acknowledge your request it will reflect 3-5 days . But after 7 days my premium got auto debited from my credit which I was supposed to closing.Now no one can answering the speed dial number as well as customer care . I am chasing since last month .
This incident understand how maxlife settlement ratio is big because no existing customer can reach them as a result very few claims are being settled .
I have question in my mind . If a person who take a policy can not able to reach company if something misshapen with the person how there less educated parent will reach to this guys . Was this information helpful? |
