I am saif, i have ordered wrong product but i want to cancel the order and want refund to my bank account but website has no option to cancel the order. The order is not yet processed by the company but still i am not able to cancel it. ( Order #4897410 ) & no customer support is provided by the company
Please look to it & please refund the payment as its original payment mode

Updated by Saifs09 After talking to customers service. i got a call from confirm team & they are telling me that they will deduct the 35% of the total amount of order if you want to cancel the order
I told him I ordered on 14 aug & its now 16 aug but the product is not yet even shipped, i can’t wait more to be delivered but they are talking very rudely that they will charge 35% of the total value or if you didn’t agree to this in 14 days of hold product they will destroy the product & close the case its upto you
Please look to it, I want to cancel the order
