I had ordered few things and then i called customer support and asked them if they can send me All the thing together and placed order of 2 more things which was for same mobile, there where total of 5 items and this order was placed by support executive after confirming i will get all the items together.
I was able to get LCD very cheap but i decided to buy from maxbhi just because i wanted it all together, same was informed to the support rep. after 5 days i sawno update from team about shipment, and later they cancelled one order without informing, same time i called them and told them i need all product or cancel both order, as usual support team said we will inform team regarding same, Next day i am seeing they placed pickup request for LCD and right away i called them and asked them i don't want just LCD, i need at least chassis, battery and LCD, if not please don't sent anything and cancel, for past 4 days i am talking to support and they are saying they will discuss and arrange call, but i am not seeing any resolution.
Please understand that those items ordered are for One Plus Nord N!0 5G mobile, i won't get parts from India so i had found it some other place but it was taking 15 days so i thought by ordering it with you i thought i will get all from same place and in one time, ordering from outside wouldn't have cost me even Half the price i paid you people, yet ordered from Maxbhi because i wanted all Items together. that was conveyed to the team while placing the order they just say that we will inform the concerned team don't worry,
Kindly help me resolve this issue, either you send me the battery, chassis and LCD or cancel all, i cannot just collect LCD and then loose my warranty. i will not be able to power on without Battery and I cannot fix board without having chassis,
So please send me Battery, Chassis, LCD all, i don't want LCD alone, don't you people follow what customers want? or is it just you follow ur policy and don't care what customers want? since day 1 i was asking your team one thing, saying all items are for one mobile so make sure i am getting all if not i want nothing. but still they are doing what they want, Attaching a screenshot of message the time they planned to ship LCD, i had called the team also before that message. same i was telling the team from day one, yet nobody cared about it..
I didn't receive LCD yet, and i don't want to take it, its still in your control so please send me all the items or cancel all,

I just all the items or cancel and refund the money, i am not going to collect just LCD without battery and chassis and lose the warranty. i haver a personal issue going on so i want to fix my mobile.
