Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Received damaged item and not able to replace within the warranty period

I ordered an LCD touch screen in Maxbhi, and I received it. When it is connected to the phone the display is not working properly. Regarding this, I raised a replacement request which got declined and I tried to call them regarding this no one is giving me a proper reply and they are disconnecting the call.
