We have booked 7 tickets for Movie - Pushpa through bookmyshow and visited maxus mall 1 hours early.
After we reached there the box office has informed us that show has been cancelled and your money will get refunded by bookmyshow on next working day.
After continuously follow up with bookmyshow, they inform us that movie is played and you are not entitled for refund.
