I had purchased meal at McDonald's Delhi Sarojini Nagar DLF outlet on 20.6.23.
I made the payment of an amount of Rs 577.50/-through Paytm. Due to network issue the payment took a longer time, meanwhile the screen time at the billing counter was timeout. Although the payment was deducted from my Paytm account which I also showed at the billing counter.
The manager asked me to make another payment in order to get my order. I made the payment through my credit card.
The manager assured me that I will get the reversal of my double payment in few days.
I also forwarded the details o[censored]PI payment on the McDonald's Delhi Sarojini Nagar DLF watsapp no.
Till date I have not received the reversal of my double payment.
Please do the needful.
