Mcdonald's India — McD App Offers not accepting in the outlet

I have opted an offer in MCD app (Date:[protected], Time:- 14:55 hrs) but was declined by the outlet (Nungambakkam, Chennai). The reply from the staffs that the system is offline, so it cannot process the order.

This is a frustrating situation, where offers are available still one can utilise it.

Please take necessary action at the earliest
