I had ordered from McDonald's delivery app on 25th and 30th nov 2022 respectively and paid using Amazon pay UPI, money got deducted but order not placed 21 days passed yet refund not received my 827 rs. Stuck with you guys . Mailed 3-4 times and called your head office to Mr. Prasad who confirmed me refund and a call back from customer service but still nothing. I need my money back . Never ordering from mcd app again for sure horrible experience for a loyal and long time customer . Kindly reply.
