Mcdonald's India — My account debited but order didn't get placed

I ordered online from Mc delivery on 05/03/2017 of amount Rs.199 MC Donald's nirmal lifestyle mall. My account got debited but when i called to confirm my order i got to know that my order was not placed. I called customer care for assistance and she said that the amount will be refunded within 7 working days. Still my amount is not refunded. Transaction id is S39007256.

I made the payment of 402 and money was deducted from my account but I have not received the product. Kindly let me know when can I get my refund.

I had placed an order on Mac Donalds application in Hyderabad, Komapally Store. Twice the order did not go through but money got deducted from my account, 203 rs each time; total 406 rs. It has been over 15 days but I have still not received my money back. I have mailed the customer service 2-3 times, but still no solution.

Hello I place my order at MacDonald app on 19/01/2021 and I am from airoli navi mumbai when I placed my order by credit card the bank messaged that the money is debited so i called at the MacDonald branch to confirm if my order is place or not but they said the order has not reach to them now it was my first time to place the order and I am very disappointed😞 please help me to get my refund transaction id:[protected] money: 390
