It's almost 20 days I have not received my refund, my account was twice debited for Rs. 209 each for transa ction failed at their J M ROAD pune OUTLET on 20th November 2022, same time I have shown my bank statement to the billing staff, he informed it will reverse in next 48 hrs, I have mailed so many times but all in vain they simple reply our team will contact you soon. Such a big brand have very poor refund policy. Till date I have not received my refund.
