Mcdonald's India — Unethical behaviour

As there is no option un fortunately we have to go to the same outlet of MCD at Gaurav tower (jaipur). Staff behaviour there is unethical they have no sense of custome deligation. We had ordered for paneer wrap and fish o fillet burger with pepsi (no ice) the server spoke to the other guy saying no ice is because he wants more pepsi. fries were dead and cold. when requested to replace answer was we cant as its fresh as per our standards. Burger bun was stale and we as usual disappointed left the place when spoke to the outlet manager he seems to be least bothered for that and was saying you can go ahead and mark a mail to the co.
