Medlife — Not giving Refund

I placed an order in medlife and my order number is OR9455RIC-001A.
Medicines were delivered on[protected].Payment was made via cash on delivery. One medicine was wrong so I requested for return and the return was picked up on[protected]. Till now I have not received the refund of Rs 598. The Medlife application shows that the amount has been refunded but I have not received it.
I tried calling Medlife customercare several times but no proper response. Its been almost 2 months now and medlife has not initiated the refund, its highly unprofessional and disappoiting.
