I called and sent email about missing medicine on 4th May 2021 and they told me they will refund the amount of missing medicine within 4 days but its seems 18 days and till now medlife didn’t initiate my refund. Through email I have provided all details like register mobile number, email address, order id, bank details for refund etc. After some days I also raised complaints through Twitter but still they saying working on it and not refunding any amount.
