Medlife — Promotional SMS

I purchased medicine from them and undergone tests last year. They send promotional messages 2-3 daily which is irritating. Though I activated DND, they don't mind. Tired calling their CUSTOMER service numbers. They will listen what we say and tell us to wait 48 hours to resolve the issue but it wont happen. I straight away ask them one question. If you keep on irritating your clients this way, how can you expect them to patronise you ? Stop this ### and concentrate on your regular CUSTOMERs and don't disturb all.
