Medlife — unauthorized access of paytm account and withdrawal of money without permission

Updated by Krishnendu_leh Hi its krishnendu dey, have a paytm account.suddenly a message dropped from paytm into my mobile number showing that "paid rs 279.30 to medlife."after when i open the paytm app i found that i have deducted the said money.but i did't make that payment.after when i called paytm customer care, they said that u had registered medlife before so they deduct the money.then i called medlife but they did't answered.how can they withdraw money without my permission?i did't need the medlife now.i want my money back.screenshot of the messege i've added
