I had given order for medicine as per the List ( Attachment -1 ) but after checking the courier received I found that instead of medicine GINKGO BILOVAS your Vendor : Jadhav Chemist, B-18 Shree Krishna Woollen Mills P Ltd, Sonapur Lane, LBS Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai 400 078 has sent me GINKGO BILOBA. Invoice No: C[protected]Attachment - 2). Request you to look into the matter and take back wrong medicine and refund me the amount.
