Medplus India — Medicine not exchanged after complaint

I have purchased medicine throught MedPlus app on 18th Jan 24 which was delivered on 19th Jan 24. My mother got ill on 26th Jan 24 and 2as in ICU till 31St Jan. Now doctor have advised change in medicines. I have called up customer care for this but they refuse to give any exchange citing that 14 working days are over. As per a common customer understand 14 working days does not include Sunday.
Also they are recording my calls without my permission.
Need help in resolving my issue as no one is ready to listen.
What are the legal remedies which I can avail. Kindly guide.
