Megma Soft Banking Services — Loan rejected but 570 amount deducted my account

I had applied for a loan from Megma soft banking service app, they asked me for the basic details and told that I am eligible for a loan of Rs. 20000/- they confirmed nach/mandate.
but after some time they rejected my loan application.

Now after rejecting my loan application they have debited Rs. 570 - my account

They have not given me any loan, but...
