I had booked a cab for 2nd Jan 2015. It was scheduled to arrive at 7:30pm for the pickup. When I reached the driver, he simply stated that he has logged off and I need to reach Meru Cabs for booking another cab. When I reach Meru Cabs they say that, they are sending another cab by 8pm; which never arrived. Mark that this was my second call. When I reached the third time to check the status of the cab which was being sent as replacement; I simply get a reply that there were no cabs nearby and so they will not be able to send any. My train was scheduled to leave by 9:30pm and I wasn't even informed that the cab has been cancelled till the time I called them up. Due to this I incurred a loss of around Rs.11000 for to and fro train tickets. I even missed an interview due to your service. There was a time when I could rely on Meru cabs blindly and used to recommend the same to others but these days I am ashamed to even mention that I am thinking of booking the cab through Meru. The cab for 7:30PM was to be chauffeured by NAGARAJ NAIKA [protected]. The second cab message never arrived.
