I successfully booked Meru GENIE in Later booking which Reference no. is : 37748224 for pick Time 6:45 AM on 6th Apr 2015 from Source: H. Nizamuddin Railway Station, Delhi to destination : Sector 62 NOIDA.
Taxi Did not reach on time, and I still waited for the cab till 7:00 AM in morning. I tracked him on track my cab feature, It was not moving. After that I called Genie taxi driver whose no. is +[protected]. He told me that his taxi got stuck So he already called Meru Customer center for arranging another Genie taxi for me .
I waited for another 10 minutes but no body called me from Meru customer center. And after that when i called to Customer center the person told me that he can not provide the Genie taxi at all, but he can send another Meru Cab and I will have to pay addition increased rate for Meru Cab charges.
I explained him that I wanted to have Meru Genie ( of course less costlier than Meru) that why i already booked for it in Advanced, So please arrange me the Cab on the same cost. But there was not good response from customer center. :-(
Because of all this discussion i wasted my more than half an hour on Station, Apart from that i also faced lot of problem with my family at station because of this unexpected and sudden cancellation of Taxi.
I would say thanks to OLA to overcome me from all this problem. I booked OLA cab afterwards and they send the Cab within 5 Minutes.
My question is How can I rely on Meru service in future, If Meru can not provide the cab to their customers even with the delays as well, even If customer book the taxi in Advance. :-(
