About time, people of Pune & especially Hingewadi started taking alternative & dumping this pathetic service

Metrozip is a very very third class bus service. I availed a monthly pass for that and on 1st of june I had a very bad experience with bus service and I cancelled whole month's pass immediately.
Those all passes got cancelled since then I can not travel by the bus nor I am getting any refund.
These shameless people are deducting my amount daily even if the pass is cancelled and saying that we will not refund.
In this digital world where we are getting served digitally by meny vendors I have not come across such bad experience.
Are there not any rules/laws wherein if consumer has not taken any service and is not getting refund and if this was the case why they are allowing cancellation, ...?
Please let me know wehere can I file complaint against this.

The bus arrived around 15-20 minutes late at the stop.
I waved my hand at the bus, the driver had an eye contact with me but he did not stop the bus and just drove it away.
I called the customer care immediately and he suggested to take the next bus which was supposed to come at 11:08 (but arrived at 11:37 am).
He told that he would co-ordinate with the driver and arrange me a seat in this bus.
I boarded the bus at 11:37 but the driver refused to have got any such call.
Later when I called the CC again and made him speak to this driver, the driver admitted to have got this call before.
So again, this driver too was careless with his duty.
So I had to wait for more than 1 hour at the bus stop because of the METROZIP teams’ fault. This was pretty frustrating for me.
This kind of attitude of your drivers are simply frustrating. Because of that careless driver who does not do his duty properly, I was late to office and I missed an important meeting.
I am not at all satisfied with your service. The bus changes are pretty high but the service is extremely bad.
I was going through the online reviews for METROZIP and have found many dissatisfied customers, and the number is increasing everyday.
I have also read that the mailers to this destination are never replied back. The calls are never received. Whats going on?
I hope you are not day-dreaming that you are doing us a favour? We are paying more than what we pay for the cabs.
