[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — denial of screen replacement of in warranty 40 inch tv | |||
I purchased a 40 inch Micromax TV with invoice date 2nd November 2016 with 1+2 year extended warranty. I noticed a vertical line on TV while it is still inwarranty. The service mechanic told it is a panel problem and agreed to replace the panel, but after few a person from micromax called and said replacement request has been denied without any reason Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I called customer support on 1st november they said panel replacement request has been approved on 30 October. Recieved call from local service center on 12 the november to bring the tv along with remote . We went on 14 the November and they took our TV and gave
new tv for cost of 1500 rs Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
