Topic - escalation on micromax led tv service.
Need your help to pass this case to a relevant escalation team, as i am not getting a proper support from micromax service center kannur, kerala.
Issue : i have purchased micromax 40inch led tv on 2018 jan 21st and it was triggered an issue with led panel after 5 month of purchasing. But even i have confident on the service of micromax and opened a ticket for replacing the same.
Very sadly to say, after moved to support there was no solution from past 4 months. Initial verification was over from technician near to 4 months and notified to center for replacing the device. But there is pathetic response from service center, from past four months their telling new device not arrived, pending for billing etc. Not sure what kind of support service they are providing.
I have completely lost the confidence on micromax now. First time i am getting this kind of pathetic service from your end. There is no proper replacement for a warrantied device from past four months even after the notification for replacing the device from technician. Where it is pending why it is taking this much long duration, no idea. I have lost the trust, so please either return my money and take back the device.

I am 0 % satisfied with the local service center support. If they don't have the capability to provide then please remove their name from service center list. I have purchased the device by after seeing the service centre near by my place in your office website.
