Milkpot — cheating and refund issue

I was a Milkpot customer for a while and used to have a monthly subscription of their Grade A2 Milk, I had a credit of 1200 Rs as of March 1, 2024 and I request the cancellation of the subscription and send a message for refund of the balance 1146 Rs. It has been more than 2 months now and the refund is not issued yet. Their customer service is very poor and their app sucks and did not work properly until the recent upgrade. There is no response even after atleast 25 calls. They don’t care for their customers. Infact, I gave them a warning 10 days back that Am reporting them to Consumer Complaint. They don’t care. For me, , 1000 Rs is actually not a big deal, but Milkpot attitude should not go unnoticed. Please stay from them and instead go to Akshayakalpa or Some other vendor.
